Order Placement and Acceptance

Order Process

  • Browsing products and adding items to cart constitutes an “invitation to offer”
  • Placing an order constitutes your “offer” to purchase
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion
  • Order confirmation email indicates our acceptance of your offer
  • Contract formation occurs upon dispatch of products

Order Confirmation

  • You will receive email confirmation within 24 hours of order placement
  • Order details, estimated delivery time, and tracking information will be provided

Order Modifications

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be modified or cancelled free of charge
  • Custom Orders: Cannot be modified once production begins
  • After Dispatch: Modifications not possible; return policy applies
  • Payment Changes: Not permitted after order confirmation

Stock Availability

  • All orders are subject to product availability
  • In case of stock unavailability, we will notify you within 48 hours
  • Full refund will be processed if alternative arrangements are not acceptable

Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • International Orders: 7-15 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Return Policy

  • Please note that we do not accept returns on purchased items. However, if your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we require a single, uninterrupted video of you opening the package. The video must clearly show the product label and any damage in one continuous recording. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims with edited or multiple video clips.
  • Return Shipping: Free return pickup provided

Return Process

  2. Return Reason: Specify reason for return
  3. Quality Check: Return authorization email with instructions
  4. Pickup Scheduling: Free pickup from your address
  5. Quality Inspection: Products inspected upon receipt

Refund Policy

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds processed to original payment source
  • Processing Time: 7-10 working days for online payments
  • COD Refunds: Bank transfer or cheque (customer choice)
